Is it all really black and white, shades of gray or something in between?
It seems that it moves from white to black slowly, and we only recognize or acknowledge this shift when it becomes stark and unmistakable. We have to be confronted with the undeniable reality that we have left the white and luminous space for one that is dark and gloomy. We probably exist in the gray area the majority of time. A place that cannot be defined; where no distinctions can be drawn. It is neither good nor bad. Its neutrality so perfectly represented by the color gray itself, or rather, lack of color.
However, for whatever reason, we have a way of rationalizing away the reality that the gray is turning a darker shade as the days pass, until we open our eyes and are in complete darkness, pitch black. A black so all-encompassing, it makes everything disappear until only a numbness exists. A vacuum of emotion, a virtual black hole. It helps us survive but the cost is high, for it prevents us from truly living.
It begs the question, how do you get out of the darkness or how do you stay clear of it? I have no answer for I am still fumbling for the light switch myself. Trying to recount the steps that led me here in the first place….
So I decided to plunge right into the deep end of the pool . . . .

What sort of money did they use in Egypt?
Because apparently you are not if you don’t have a blog. Problem solved.
